Laheriasarai-Darbhanga, Darbhanga to Muhammadpur 2 ROB and Thalwara to Laheriasarai 1 ROB will be constructed. Dalsinghsarai to Nasirganj in Samastipur district, Motihari Court to Bapudham in East Champaran district, Kapurpura to Kanti in Muzaffarpur district and Motipur to Mahawal station. Apart from this, ROBs will be established between Sugauli to Manjolia and Manjolia to Bettiah stations in West Champaran district.
