Traffic park will be built in every district of Bihar starting from Patna Veer Kunwar Singh Park, information about traffic rules will be given


Every day people are becoming victims of road accidents. In view of this, the Transport Department has come up with a new scheme to reduce road accidents in Bihar. Under this scheme, the exercise of establishing permanent traffic parks in every district has started from Veer Kunwar Singh Park in Patna. In this regard, the Transport Department has issued rules. The construction work of Veer Kunwar Singh Park in 4900 square feet of the park will be started from August. Apart from this, work will also be started in the rest of the districts in a phased manner. This will be the first permanent traffic park in Bihar. Presently temporary traffic parks are running in Patna and Gaya. Where maximum school-college students reach.

Children and youth will be introduced to traffic rules in this traffic park. For this, arrangements will be made for dummy building, road, projector, sound system, small foot over bridge etc. in the traffic park. Projectors will also provide roadside traffic signals, zebra crossings, U-turns, lampposts and lanterns, construction of small foot overbridges, dummy construction of schools, bus stops, separate entrance and exit gates and road safety class rooms. However, according to the rules of the Transport Department, the selected agency will be entrusted with the responsibility of this traffic park for 10 years.

For this land and money will be provided by the Transport Department. In this regard, the budget of the entire scheme has been sought from the agency. The agency has to manage manpower from equipment, labor and other materials. However, applications have been sought from agencies. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 21, with a July 6 deadline for submitting proposals. In the traffic park, school children and youth will be able to get information related to traffic rules in an interesting way in the game. Here he can learn to drive safely. This will make people aware about road safety.
