A network of industries will be established in this district of Bihar, factories will be set up on 100 acres of land tomorrow

A network of industries will be spread in Khagaria district of Bihar. Manufacturing plants will be started in hundred panchayats of Keparbatta block of the district, which will not only develop the area but will also provide livelihood to thousands of people. According to the information received, a proposal for land selection has been sent to the state team to establish an industrial area in the district. After selecting 100 acres of land in Saud Mauja, it has been renamed as Biada Vikas Pratikarma in Bihar Industrial Area.

DM Dr. Alok Ranjan Ghosh has sent a letter to Program Director, Investment Promotion and Facilitation Biada to propose 100 acres of land for setting up an industrial area. DM said in a letter to the Executive Director that there is a provision of 100 acres of Gairmajrua special land in Saud Mauja of Parbatta block, 33 km from the district headquarters. The land is owned by the Government of Bihar adjacent to NH-31.

The DM said that the land is vacant and dispute free. There is also a road leading to the main road. DM has informed the Director Executive of Bihar Industrialist Area Development Authority. This land is suitable for setting up an industrial area. It is said that. On getting the consent of BIADA on the proposal sent by the DM, the process of transfer of this land will be started.

It is being told that there is a plan to promote industry in Bihar. There is a plan to set up industries in Khagaria and other districts. A few months ago, the Executive Director of BIADA had written a letter to the DM, demanding to provide land for setting up industries. Acquaintances say that on the request of Biada, the COs of all the circles have been ordered to search the land from the district level.

Earlier, the process of handing over 4.34 acres of government land to Vidya was initiated at Devtha Mauja in Gogri. A proposal for 100 acres of land has been sent to the state level at Solar Mauja in Parbatta. After getting the green signal from there, the process of transferring the land to BIADA will be started.

It would not be appropriate to describe Khagaria as a non-industrialized district. Because there is no big factory in this district. People here have to go to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata for subsistence. Experts say that if industries/factories start in the district, then the rescue of the people will stop. Industrial area in Biada is available at Mansi in the district. Recently, the work of making Mega Food Park has started here.
