Arbaaz’s friend Arbaaz made a big claim after getting clean chit from NCB, said

The cruise going from Mumbai to Goa was raided by NCB on 2 October 2021 where drugs were recovered. Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested in this case by the then ANCB Chief Sameer Wankhede. Aryan Khan got bail after spending 28 days in jail. In this case, he was given a clean chit by the NDPS court recently due to lack of evidence. Now another thing has come to the fore in this matter.

Aryan Khan had given a statement to the Nacotics Control Bureau (NCB) that he had advised Arbaaz not to take drugs. Aryan Khan advised his friend Arbaaz Merchant not to take Contraband (a type of drugs) to the cruise party. In the chargesheet filed against 14 people on Friday, 26-year-old Arbaaz Merchant was named as an accused of drugs. It is alleged that after the raid on October 2021, 6 grams of charas was recovered from Arbaaz. At present, he is out of jail in this case.

Arbaaz Merchant’s new disclosure

The chargesheet states that Arbaaz told the NCB that he and Aryan are close friends and that Aryan was aware that the charas sellers had asked him not to carry any kind of drugs on the cruise. He had said that NCB is active these days. Let us inform that the name of Aryan Khan is also included in the 6 people from whom the NCB investigation team has dropped the charges.

On the other hand, Arbaaz Merchant is still an accused. In another statement recorded on 7 October 2021, Arbaaz was called again when he was in NCB custody. The chargesheet states that he (businessman) said that Aryan told him that his parents had advised him not to do any wrongdoing, especially drugs. Merchant also reportedly told the NCB that he along with two other people had gone to the cruise terminal in Aryan’s car. It was also said in the chargesheet that Arbaaz has also named a person who had organized a party for the rich children of Bollywood and drugs were taken in these parties.

Information came to light after Aryan got clean chit

The statements of Arbaaz Merchant’s friends have also come to the fore who were present in that party. He was released after NCB questioned him. Friends said in their statements that when he was in the NCB office, Arbaaz came to him and apologized. Another friend told that Arbaaz told us that he told NCB officials that we are not associated with these drugs.

Let us inform that on Friday, the Narcotic Control Bureau presented a charge sheet of 6 thousand pages in the NDPS court. Aryan’s name was not mentioned anywhere in the chargesheet filed and no evidence was found against him in this case, after which the NDPS court gave clean chit to Aryan Khan. Apart from Aryan, no evidence was found against Sahu, Anand, Sunil Seh, Arora also. However, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, close friends of Aryan, are yet to get any relief and now 14 people will be prosecuted in this case.
