PM Narendra Modi has virtually an inaugurated water supply project in Manipur.

On 22nd July 2020, Thursday Prime Minister Narendra Damodar Das Modi has led to initialize water supply in Manipur which led to the supply of water nearly societies of Manipur.

During the Pandemic situation of Covid-19, our nation is trying to get on the track of olden days of work. We are also following the lockdown rules and regulations. As our Prime Minister has said, “Jaan Bhi Jahan Bhi”. We are trying to maintain both our life as well as our work for livings. So, recently our government is proposing so many laws for the satisfaction of people.

 As an example Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has introduced, “Mukhya Mantri Ghar Ghar rashan Yojana” according to which every citizen of Delhi will get free groceries at their home by the government. Like that only our Prime minister also started “Garib Kalyan Ann Yojana” under which nearly 30 Lakhs citizens of Manipur will get free groceries. Likewise that only under Ujwala Yojana nearly 2 Lakhs of people will get gas cylinders for free in Manipur state.

Water Supply Project,

Manipur was facing a great water problem. There is no water shortage but the water supply system was not well and good enough for service. So, the project has been introduced by the government for well being of the water supply system. The budget for that project was nearly 3 lakh crore. The project has been completed and inaugurated with the hand of Prime Minister Modi.

The Central Government has decided to raise the fund for the maintenance of the water supply system over the whole country under the “Jal Jeevan Mission” and they have successfully implemented over Manipur and now focusing on other states. Under this people will get good connections of water supply with fresh drinking water at their home at their affordable prices. The government has to achieve a goal of  ‘Har Ghar Jal’ by 2024, PM Narendra Modi introduced that to the country.
