Singer Dua Lipa has been caught in a legal trouble after a copyright case over her hit track Levitating. Songwriters L. Russell Brown and Sandy Linzer have filed a complaint in Manhattan federal court, accusing Dua of copying their 1979 songs Wiggle and Giggle All Night and 1980’s Don Diablo. is charged.

Songwriters claim that Levitating’s opening melody is a copy of their song’s melody. Lawyers for Brown and Linger have mentioned this in their complaint.
